La Petite Perthière

Situé sur Pont Varin proche de Wassy, pour les amoureux de la Nature, nous mettons à disposition notre petit chalet indépendant version "studio" de 30m2, situé au sein de notre propriété au bord d'un étang et à l'orée des bois. Il se situe proche de toutes commodités (supermarchés, maison médicale, pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie ect..) à 1km ainsi que du Lac du Der à 15km, de ses plages et ses activités nautiques, accessibles par piste cyclable qui peut s'emprunter à 500m de notre logement.

Maison entièrement rénovée de 150m², spacieuse et moderne. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus dans votre séjour. La maison se situe dans un petit village calme, située aux alentours des lacs et leurs plages (Lac du Der, Lac de la Forêt d'Orient ), du Casino Joa à Giffaumont, du parc d'attraction Nigloland, du mémorial Charles de Gaulle à Colombey les Deux Églises, de la Ferme pédagogique du grand Der(Frampas) et d'autres activités pour petits et grands.
