Cabin holiday rentals in Rabun County

Little Woodchuck was the perfect getaway. The cabin is beautiful, extremely clean, and feels tucked away in its own private little corner of the woods. Everything about it felt calm and peaceful from the moment we arrived. The hot tub was a highlight it was so relaxing and peaceful. We also loved the big deck and spent a lot of time just enjoying the quiet and fresh air. Inside, everything was comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the whole space just felt really well cared for.

The cabin is beautiful! The hot tub is a MUST!! Odalys and Mark were always quick to respond to messages and were very helpful. Would love to stay here again!!

This is the best location for all the fun things to do in Northern GA! You can literally turn left or right and be within minutes of National Parks or scenic trails! We loved the peace and quiet of the cabin, and the hot tub was so relaxing after a day of walking/hiking 10,000 steps! It’s centrally located between Helen and Tallulah Falls, which was perfect for us! The creek was beautiful and the screened dining/porch area was cool and quiet for evening meals. We enjoyed the board games and the privacy of each level. Three bathrooms is a huge plus as well! We will definitely return on our next visit. Hosts were wonderful and responded promptly if we had any questions.

This place was so peaceful and relaxing. We stayed on the dock or around the fire pit. Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the deck with the gorgeous lake views. Never even turned the TV on. The house was clean and well stocked. There’s lots to do in the area as well. Definitely will be back.

We had a lovely Memorial Day weekend here and everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of wood for the fire pit, s’mores sticks, towels for the hot tub. The view was worth the whole price. We played lots of pool and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Being able to take really great hikes from right out the front door was a plus as well. We are already planning a return trip!

Lots of space, relaxing, and the host was helpful with suggestions. not a lot of rules, so it took the pressure off of trying to make sure you don't forget to do anything before you leave. Had a relaxing get away and enjoyed watching the cows when we sipped coffee on the back porch.

Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Cabin was clean and stocked. She pays close attention to detail. Really enjoyed our stay, wish we had longer!

We just got back from the most incredible stay at a cabin in Clayton, Georgia, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. The cabin sits up on a mountain with the most stunning views—I mean, every window looked like a postcard. It was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to unwind and reset. The cabin itself was cozy and clean, with everything thoughtfully set up. You can tell someone really put care into making it feel like a retreat, not just a rental. We had great meals, played games, sat outside soaking in the view, and just enjoyed each other’s company. Even our daughter said it was one of her favorite trips ever. There was something special about this place that’s hard to put into words. It felt like time slowed down. I’ll always remember the early mornings with coffee on the deck, the mountain air, and the feeling of calm that settled in as soon as we got there. We’ll definitely be back. This cabin has a piece of our hearts now.

This private, peaceful cottage in the woods was absolutely adorable. Conveniently located to Tallulah Gorge and downtown Clayton, we found lots to do and then came back to the cabin and enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the rain fall. We were very impressed with how clean, comfortable, and cozy everything was. Thanks for sharing with us. We hope to return.

Lindsay is a fantastic host and available if needed. She has a great cabin with lots of land to stretch out. Property is located in the perfect location for Rabun County Georgia. Cabin is very comfortable and well stocked kitchen. The game room is a lot of fun and nostalgic with the Nintendo 64.

I loved that it was not as sterile as some places. Hillary added a few extra touches...tea bags, eggs, cookies, condiments and there were a few spices and olive oil (though I brought my own), making it feel more like a home. The furniture was very comfortable and the location is beautiful.

This was one of the most tranquil stays we’ve ever had. I sat on the front porch drinking coffee and relaxing to the sound of rain drizzling through the tree limbs and birds singing. The place was very clean and comfortable. We used the fire pit one night and it was very nice. I don’t usually revisit the same place but we might be back to this one.

Heather’s place was a great retreat! The cabin was well appointed with interesting decor and a comfortable bed. She had everything one needs for a restful stay from the snacks in the cupboard to the drinks in the fridge. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. Plenty of clean, soft towels were set out ready for you. The landscape had to be my favorite! She takes great pride in offering a variety of flowering plants in the front garden. The moss garden was my favorite! It reminded me of my childhood and playing in the woods. The moss was always my carpet in my fairy home.😁 There are lots of seating outside to accommodate your nature soaking. It rained when we were there and so we did not use the fire chimney but it was a nice feature given the right time. We definitely be back to the Locust Log Cabin whenever we want a quick getaway. I loved this cute rustic cabin! It exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful and well stocked. The sound of the creek running right beside the cabin was so peaceful. There was plenty of privacy, but yet not far from town. I will definitely be back!

We fell in love with the home and area right away from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The house is absolutely adorable and the secluded property makes it even more special. We are from Florida, so having a real fire is something I miss coming from Virginia. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. Highly recommend this beautiful property. Close to trails and downtown Clayton. We were lucky to meet some neighbors and they were super friendly. Will definitely return again.

This is the perfect setting for getting some quiet time. Also, close to all shopping. Visited Black Mountain. Just a 2 minute rise. I strongly recommend this get-away for a couple. Or, a couple with 2 children. Warning…. Please use caution when using the steps to the upstairs. Maureen states this in her message.

My sons and I spontaneously decided to head to the mountains for some rafting and other activities. This property perfectly suited our group. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, immaculately clean, peaceful, and well appointed for comfort with every need anticipated. The views were beautiful and there were plenty of spaces for the group to spread out and relax. Erica was a very friendly, proactive, professional host that responded quickly to any inquiry and offered local recommendations. This property is great for a variety of group types but it served as a wonderful basecamp for our family. We slept great in the comfy beds and peaceful location, we gathered for movies and popcorn each night, and just had a great time. We would definitely return for another stay and highly recommend this property and this host to those planning a trip to this beautiful area.

We had a really amazing stay! We spent two nights here for our mini honey moon after getting married. It’s an amazing cabin and beautiful location. I would highly recommend for any couples wanting to get away.

Absolutely loved the cabin and the property. It was a great very private location but not to far from restaurants or the outdoors. The cabin was the perfect home base for our fly fishing trip! Peggy & Kevin were amazing host, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and included some complimentary State Park pass (definitely useful with all the parks by) and goodies. 5 Star host for sure! I will definitely be back for my next fly fishing trip. Thank you for the hospitality and being amazing host. Ps: the honey they harvested was delicious well worth it.

My son and his groomsmen stayed here for his wedding at a nearby wedding venue. Great location. The house was clean and well stocked. I agree with others about the very steep driveway and there were some large potholes to navigate around. My truck handled them fine but smaller cars may not have as easy of a time. Parking is also at a premium as it is kind of tight up by the house. All in all, a great place to help me get my son married off!

If you are looking for a beautiful quiet cabin to spend time with family/friends, look no further! The views were absolutely spectacular. Definitely worth the ride. My large family really enjoyed every aspect of this home.

We had an amazing time! The cabin offered a secluded feel while still being conveniently close to town. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, making it easy to relax and unwind. My group always enjoys gathering around a campfire, sharing drinks, laughter, and great conversations—this place was absolutely ideal for that.
