It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The 28m² apartment consists of a living area with a double bed and a dinner table, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (on the sofa bed). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television, while a baby bed is available on request.

Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Spacious, newly renovated apartment on the last floor of a fin-de-siècle villa. Build in 1907, Villa "Sonnblick" (engl.: sunny view) is one of the most beautiful buildings on Mount Zeno. The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.
