Villa Bugsy is special because it has floor -1, 0 and 1. On the floor -1 there is a professional ventilation system, a terrace with a roof window, huge bedroom with 2x double bed and a sofa bed for 2 while outside the house there is a big stone bbq area. The complex is located only 200 m from the sea and the city centre, yet in a very calm and quiet area.
