However, in an exceptional situation, linens can be arranged from the place to stay with a separate fee.

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A 100-year-old log cabin with comforts of year-round living in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jaana’s cottage. There was plenty of room for everyone and outdoor amenities were great. Unfortunately the dock was not in the water as shown in the photos, but it was easy to get in and out of the water regardless. Jaana also had frisbee golf, darts, 2 fishing poles, and a paddle board rental that we used. A beautiful and quiet place with miles of lake surrounding the cottage!

Our stay at Emmy's cottage was perfect. A wonderful place in a truly beautiful part of the world. The cottage had everything that you would want of a Finnish mökki holiday, and was the perfect base to explore Savonlinna and the whole Saimaa region. It made for a memorable experience. We - parents and three big children - searched for three days and found them in the house, collected berries, reach swimming in 5 minutes, fishing, rowing, jogging, using the sauna daily and enjoying absolutely quiet nights. In front of the house there is a large terrace with a great barbecue, which also has a hot plate - so we cooked and ate almost exclusively outside - only in the evening we are in the house and were able to use the cozy atmosphere. Summer kitchen offers everything you need. Drinking water was sufficiently provided to us, two good organic toilet outside. Everything is fine - we highly recommend Tuula and her house.
