Neubau mit sonnigen Garten. Den großen Supermarkt, die Bushaltestelle und den Murpark ( Shopping Center) kannst du sehr gut erreichen! Auch die Innenstadt ist in 15min mit Auto oder Offis gut erreichbar. Wir bitten: 1. Schuhe ausziehen 2. nicht rauchen!! 3. genaue Bescheid geben, wie viele Personen dort übernachten!! Der Murradweg lädt zum Fahrrad fahren ein Richtung Süden zur Weinstraße oder Norden zum Schôckl zum Mountainbike fahren 💪🤗🥰

The accommodation and the associated garden is much nicer than stated in the Airbnb description. We have found an idyllic place, lovingly maintained and very quiet in the middle of cheerful birdsong. The Mur cycle path to Graz is 500 m away and very easy to ride. Maria's house is the perfect place to visit the city of Graz and to relax. Glad to come back.

My stay with Ali was consistently pleasant. The apartment corresponded to the description and the pictures, was clean, warm and well equipped – towels, bed linen and everything you need was available. Also a small kitchen, but I didn't use it much. The parking space in the (narrow) backyard and the uncomplicated check-in via the key box were particularly practical. The local tax had to be paid separately. All in all, a recommended accommodation in Graz – happy to come back!

The apartment consists of the ground floor of an older cottage. This is very original with everything you need for a short stay, including stove, refrigerator and dishwasher if you want to eat there. The description and photos give a very good impression. The bed is quite new and very comfortable and above all sufficiently large (1.80 m). The cleanliness is impeccable. Communication with David was just right, we always knew everything we needed. We didn't seek advice because we had been to Graz many times, but that would have been possible. Summary: We liked it there very much and will come back, recommended!
