This was my first trip to Quito and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Our stay at Andrea's accommodation was excellent. Everything was in perfect condition and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. Andrea was a very attentive and kind host throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is spacious and comes with everything you need for an extended stay. It is very conveniently located, close to shops, public transportation stops, in a good area of Quito. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the electric shower, which does not work consistently. It is necessary to constantly adjust the water flow to prevent it from becoming boiling water or, on the contrary, water that is too cold. Also, I would personally be more comfortable if the bedroom had thicker, darker curtains.

The place is cozy, the suite is on a high floor. What I liked the most is the ample parking. It does not have a fully equipped kitchen but it has an electric heater that served us very well to prepare food, it has a small refrigerator, dishes and pots. The bathroom with hot water. And it also has a small shelf with snacks that you can eat and leave the money there, I think it's ingenious. The surroundings are quiet, the shops and bakery are just around the corner. There's even a church nearby. The suite is completely private. I'd stay again.
