El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias. Se encuentra en el tercer piso, es un edificio muy seguro estilo neoclásico y que además cuenta con hermosas vistas de Quito. Es totalmente independiente. No contamos con ascensor, si tiene problemas subiendo gradas, no es conveniente, no hay garaje
