Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . El Penthouse es espectacular si merece la pena. Lo unico malo es que se va la luz cada vez que llueve pero es asi en toda la zona. El jacuzzi y la piscina estan muy bien!

Everything was great! They had beach towels for us and of course all the bath towels. Was very clean and I loved that there’s someone 24hrs a day at the front desk. Location was perfect and we loved the roof top pool. We would definitely come back

Muy cómoda la habitación, súper limpio todo y cama muy cómoda. Ten en cuenta que estás a 7 min aprox del malecon y es preferible tomar transporte pero hay bastante y eso no es problema :) sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí

We loved our stay here! We took the ADO into Playa and it was an easy walk to get here. You’re also close to the beach, ferry, and Quinta- all super walkable! The water jug came in clutch for refilling water bottles, and she provides beach towels for your use. Daniela also provides a parking space that was perfect for a sedan we rented- anything bigger might’ve been a little too tight for me but I’m not used to city driving/parking. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, comfy, and looks just like the photos in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy bonito, sin lugar a dudas volveré sin embargo, el agua de la piscina es muy fría, a pesar de estar muy caluroso el día, el agua no se calentó nada, si eres muy exigente con ese tema mejor busca otra opción, de otra manera este es tu lugar ideal

Nos gustó demasiado el departamento, Es tal cual como se anuncia, muy cómodo y bastante práctico, cerca de muchos lugares para comer y fácil acceso a la playa, la alberca super agusto, pudimos disfrutar muchísimo la estancia

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Armando and Andrea are amazing caretakers and are very attentive. The views were stunning, it was incredibly spacious, in a great location, and walkable to many restaurants and the beach. We fit two families there very comfortably. The children had a blast and so did the adults. We’ll book this place again for sure.

En definitiva todo estuvo super bien , la verdad que las atenciones de Edward fueron estupendas y recomiendo ampliamente la casa Edward ya que supera las espectativas y tiene una excelente ubicación, en definitiva volveremos pronto.

Cet air bnb est incroyable !!!! Nous sommes en voyage au Mexique depuis plus de deux mois et c’est le meilleur air bnb que nous ayons eu!!!! La maison est très grande, la cuisine très bien équipée, les chambres confortables avec des matelas tellement agréables, tout cela dans une propreté remarquable!!! Nous avons beaucoup aimé les jeux de société à disposition, les affaires de plage, les hamacs pour le jardin très agréable, la facilité d’accès du logement. Petite dans la résidence très appréciable! Quant à gaby elle est très sympathique et soucieuse de votre bien être! Nous reviendrons ici c’est sur !!!!

La ubicación es muy accesible la casa está casi en la entrada del fraccionamiento y la ruta pasa en frente de este está muy cercas del puerto La recomiendo mucho la casa tiene las comodidades necesarias

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

This condo was very inexpensive in a quieter area of Cancun. The condominio complex was lovely, the pool was clean, and theres a little convenience store/restaurant where you can get food. Iliana was very responsive and checked in on us multiple times during our stay. Overall, this was a great experience!

Everything on the owners part was great, halfway throughout our stay they had someone come in, clean, and change the bedsheets which was great.

Perfect, modern, clean, stylish condo. The building is really cool with lush, tropical landscaping and a nice pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood with cute, organic cafes a block or two away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! We couldn’t have been more happy!

Nice stay and cool place. Well equipped to work remotely. Even had an extra monitor and two desks which was a nice touch. Rooftop pool is nice as well. During my stay the power did go out a handful of times however. But from what I heard this is common in the area. A bit far from the main areas of playa, but a bicycle was provided which was also a bonus!

Excelente muy ordenado, limpio, con una decoración muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Con las amenidades disponibles del complejo, transporte a las distintas areas, buenos restaurantes en el complejo, playa a 5 min en coche y muy agradable. Muy seguro, se requiere un QR para poder entrar al complejo. Una recepción en el edificio con personal que te ayuda y resuelve tus dudas.

We had a family vacation and we really liked the house and its facilities. Very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, a hammock, a terrace for evening tea. There are many restaurants, shops nearby, just 5 minutes to the main pedestrian street of the city. We will definitely come back again.

Muy lindo departamento, éramos 2 personas y estuvimos súper comodos! Todo ordenado y limpio, bien equipado para ir a la playa y para cocinar. Está a media cuadra de la avenida principal y es súper cerca de todo y de la playas! Lo único para recomendar mejorar es la presión del agua de la canilla de la cocina era muy débil y para lavar los platos dificultaba un poco, el resto excelente!
