The Appendix, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not overlooked directly, with private access. Quiet studio and ideally located in Annecy Seynod, 5 min by car from the center of Annecy, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the center, 30 min by car from the ski. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Multiple on site parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.

Independent entrance, quiet assured by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very nice view of Semnoz Mountain (famous spot for paragliders that we see passing over the house since a landing area is located 300 m away). This fully equipped studio, with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

In summer, hiking, swimming and paragliding are available to you (landing 1 km from the chalet). In winter, enjoy the joys of the snow with several ski resorts: Semnoz (15 min), Aillons Margeriaz (40 min), Revard plateau (cross-country skiing).
