Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Quinta Normal

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Everything's excellent, fully recommended

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

My day and night were very pleasant. Nice house, very comfortable, clean and tidy. I had a great time with my guests and they found the house and a large patio very beautiful. Don Marco greeted me and was very friendly and punctual. Totally recommended.

The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was no washing machine service for long-term stays, everything else was great

The building and the apartment very well but the location in the center not very nice

My stay was great. The place is very cozy and the design of the apartaestudio loved it: everything is super well planned, with a lot of attention to detail. I deeply appreciate that they will leave coffee, stevia, oil, tea, and other implements that really facilitated my stay. A gesture that seemed very special to me was that they even left water to spray the plants, which I did with pleasure. As for minor details, the alarm would occasionally turn on and the washing machine presented some faults, but nothing that would tarnish the experience. Everything else was perfect. I am very grateful to the hosts, who were a critical part of making my trip exceptional and unforgettable. In addition, the location of the place is excellent. I would definitely be back!

Alejandro answered my questions and queries super fast. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and super central. There are several businesses nearby to get what you need for your stay. We would be back !

The place is good, the building has a nice gym and internet is fast. For a single traveler it is a great choice.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Excellent location for going to concerts at the Movistar Arena. The loft has everything you need for your stay and the best air conditioning for the cold of Santiago.

This place is excellent, the place is very safe, it is 2 blocks from the entrance to Ohiggins Park and about 5-10 min from the subway station, the place is impeccable and very comfortable for 2 people

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

We felt really lucky to get to stay in Gianfranco’s house. Everything about it is just so cool. The house itself, the art, the record player. The terrace is gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed longer! Loved it all. Gianfranco was always responsive and helpful with questions and super flexible, which we really appreciated. We walked everywhere and it’d be easy to an uber or taxi here too. If you stay here, doing the funicular and cable car (which you can get to just around the corner) is so worth it (thanks Gianfranco for suggesting that :)

It was a great stay, Michael always provided all the necessary information and recommendations to get to the destination. The people at the front desk were super friendly and very nice, I would like to return on a future trip with my partner since we felt at home and relaxed.
