Holiday rentals with beach access in Quinta do Conde

Carla is a great host , responsive caring. i would highly recommend it!! i know sesimbra so not surprisingly the accommodation is very well located , those who love sunset that you will love it! special mention for bedding , very good quality and even for children!!

The apartment is located directly on the beach promenade of Sesimbra and has a wonderful view of the sea. Accessibility by car was very good as a large garage in the building is available. The apartment is beautifully furnished, complete and clean. Since we only spent one night here (due to delays), we had no opportunity to explore the surroundings and the old town. However, our impression was very positive, so we will plan more time for a new visit here. Last but not least, the communication with Tiago was simply great.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is perfectly located right in front of the beach in Sesimbra — you literally wake up to the sound of the ocean. It’s cozy, clean, and has everything you need for a relaxed getaway. What made the experience even more special was the kindness of the host. He was incredibly thoughtful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You can really feel that he cares. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be coming back!

This was such a lovely place to stay. The Airbnb was beautiful, clean and had anything and everything we could possibly need. João was super friendly and quick to respond. He had many great recommendations as well! The neighborhood was safe, peaceful and had everything in walking distance! We would love to come back again someday and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

An absolute gem! The view is breathtaking! Airbnb is equipped with everything you need! Petter is a friendly and overall great host! If you are traveling with young kids this is your go to spot! Not only kids can run around but pool is so great that there is a lot of shallow area for them to play in! We would highly recommend this place and can't wait to be back soon!

Just like the photos, beautiful view and sounds of the waves. Excellent location close to the beach and cafes/restaurants. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and we appreciated the beach towels and umbrella to use! Views from the terrace are stunning and we enjoyed sitting up there during the day and evening. We had a hire car and were able to park 500m away. We loved the apartment and sesimbra!

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. I remember reading a review of one guest saying how this was the nicest ABNB they ever stayed at, and i have to say that this was spot on. the location and view are spectacular. the house excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Host was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great stay. Within walking distance there are great restaurants and the beach is walkable but also only a few minute drive! The place was exactly as described and super cozy. The town was also very peaceful and was generally very quiet (still off season).

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Christoph was a warm and friendly host with whom we had several nice chats including when he invited us and our little dog, Jimi, for sundowners and coffee. Christoph was very welcoming to us all, including Jimi, who made great friends with his dog Lara. He was very responsive to our needs, although we had no problems other than that Jimi would have liked to have spent lots more time with Christoph and Lara! Christoph kindly solved this problem for us at our request by creating a barrier between Jimi and his and Lara's private space to stop Jimi from becoming a nuisance! Christoph is very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding areas and recommended some nice places for us to visit. Christoph has created a lovely, comfortable and well equipped home for his visitors and we would highly recommend Casa Belavista to anyone wanting to explore this beautiful part of Poprtugal. Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Arrábida! The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every day was a dream. The rooms have a sea view and were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more — all the appliances were top-notch, which made cooking super fun and easy. We especially loved the fireplace in the evenings. Mariana made sure there was plenty of wood, and it made the space feel really cozy. Mariana was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!!

Our host reached out from the start with enthusiasm for our stay. We were welcomed with special treats on arrival. There was a private porch for hanging out. The very wide, fine sand beach was just out the door and perfect for walking and building sand castles. The community was small and quiet not so busy in June. Still there were many great places to eat with friendly people working at them. A short drive to Sintra and other areas with great scenery. Great place to stay!

Luis's apartment is the best. The truth is that it is well located, in front of the beach, you are a maximum of 20 minutes by Uber from the center of Lisbon, you have supermarkets nearby and also a sushi restaurant right next door that is amazing. So when they get back to Lisbon, Luis' apartment is the place.

The apartment itself is spotless, very well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet. It’s an ideal place for a couple looking for a cozy and calm retreat in the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

a beautiful location, and there are some very nice cats who live around the town. One nice feature of the building as well is the little garden on the 7th floor.

We had a great time. From the apartment, we could visit many beautiful places, and it is still very quiet and private. The village is only 4 minutes away by car and it is also very nice to eat something there and spend time on the beach. The hostess provided us with everything necessary and was not intrusive. We will be happy to come back!

This is a lovely well equipped 2 bed apartment in the Bairro do Rosario suburb of Cascais. Communication with the host was excellent and the garden and pool area are a real bonus. It is a 15 min walk to de Inferno and a good 35 min walk into the centre of Cascais. However there are bus stops close by to the apartment which have regular timetables. There are a number of lovely restaurants close by at Casa de Guia, and the Ophelia cafe on the next street is lovely for breakfast whilst the sacolinha bakery at the end of the street is excellent. The small supermarket at the end of the street is good for small amounts, the large Pingo Doce 5 mins walk away has a much larger selection. A very relaxing stay

We spent 2 weeks in Jose’s apartment with our 10-month baby. Everything went well, the place was cozy, clean and safe. The real highlight was the marvelous ocean view from the spacious balcony. Jose was very helpful and gave good recommendations via messages. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the apartment, with just the equipment needed for a little family. The apartment and the view are even better than they look in the photos. Overall Jose’s place and Sesimbra gave us an unforgettable holiday, and we miss it already.
