The charming accommodation boasts a light and spacious living/dining area with bespoke kitchen, comfortable king-size bed, walk-in robe & luxurious en-suite. The hot outdoor shower is great for post beach trips before enjoying sundowners on the patio. Host lives on site in totally separate adjoining accommodation. Guests have their own parking bay & private entrance.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Located on quiet street, with all necessary amenities a short stroll away. 500m to coles shopping centre Yari, Blue Mana, Lady Lola Bar&Bungalow Social. 1.3km to Dunsborough beach. We live at the rear of the house. You can come and go as you please and only see us if you wish to say hello

Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.

The suite contains one queen bedroom, a big bathroom, a large living room with dining table, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. *I am also available as a Chauffeur and/or Tour Guide if you want to enjoy the wineries without driving!
