Nell'alta Valtournenche, ai piedi del Cervino, circondato da mandrie di mucche al pascolo in estate e da candida neve nei mesi invernali, io e mia moglie Enrica saremo felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti nel nostro appartamento. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Casa accogliente al primo piano, ideale per le famiglie e per chi ama la tranquillità. Immersa in mezzo alla natura a pochi passi dai torrenti Evancon e Chasten; partenza di numerose passeggiate in montagna. Balconi con vista dei boschi e montagne che ti circondano. Ampio giardino tutto recintato, con altalena e scivolo. 5 min in macchina dal centro del paese o 15 min a piedi attraverso un sentiero di montagna in salita. “La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Our attic is located in Challand Saint Anselme, a few kilometers from the Estoul-Palasinaz ski slopes and enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains. Not far from us you can visit the places described in the book "The eight mountains" to immerse yourself in nature, go hiking and enjoy mountain life. The accommodation is located on the third floor of a detached house and does not have an elevator. It has a large entrance, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

Federica has created a PRIVATE area immersed in the tranquility of nature, ideal for unwinding. You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Champdepraz è un piccolo paese della Valle d'Aosta, di posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente le diverse vallate: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher e Cervinia.
