Comfortable stay, house equipped and very central but in quiet sector, there is shade and nice pool that we enjoy next to pet since it is very well fenced, and has accessibility for older adults with reduced mobility to the house [flat land] and has a bathroom/ shower with support bars.

The place is beautiful, clean, very organized, impeccable rooms, spacious and beautiful kitchen, comfortable rooms, delicious hot tub and very nice barbecue. We had problems when we arrived, they gave us the wrong key to the safe, we spent hours outside waiting to enter, no one answered, and we had to guess the key, then they answered and tried to give us impeccable attention, so they compensated for the eventuality. Would I come back? Without hesitation, the place is beautiful, just make sure you have the correct key.

Excellent accommodation for the price, equipped with everything you need to have a good short stay, I recommend it.

Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very last minute and it just happened to be the day they were going to clean it. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

For personal and professional reasons I have often gone to Viña and this is by far the best airbnb I have ever stayed in! Excellent location, the apartment is beautiful, very well decorated and comfortable! With private and secure parking! 10/10!!!

Excellent and magical stay. We were going for one night and ended up staying two. A place to disconnect, surrounded by nature and animals. We travelled with our one-and-a-half-year-old baby. Everything was enjoyed to the fullest. What's more, the breakfasts are exquisite and made with fresh ingredients. The whole stay was very pleasant, Gerardo is always in touch with you to make sure everything is going well. The apartment is very comfortable (ideal for going with small children, with a chair, play mat and cot if needed) and is very well located (the beach is literally across the street). Although the access was difficult to understand when you arrive at the house you forget everything. the spectacular place to rest, far from the noise and everything.
