Charming accommodation in an authentically restored home, located in one of the most beautiful mountain villages in France. Evon is located at an altitude of 800 meters and enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate. From Evol, there are many walks to take, discover hot springs or the breathtaking Gorges de la Caransa are all nearby, the Medieval Ville Franche de Conflent with its cozy boutiques and restaurants is also a 15-minute drive from Evol.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
