Holiday rentals with a patio in Quilicura

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

Great place good location in the city. Very close to popular landmarks. Family with baby. Bed was comfortable. Allowed early check in, immaculately clean. The only negative to mention is the road can be heard from the lounge but this didn’t affect our stay at all. 3 adults and a baby

Super apartment with everything you need. Easy access, quite centrally located, so you can explore the centre on foot. Only the view of the courtyard did not inspire us, but it is not a real disadvantage as we were out and about during the day. Otherwise, great.

The place is just like in the photos, it had everything you need to be able to have a normal day like at home, at night a good view, the bed was very comfortable, everything was perfectly clean and tidy, the host was attentive even at dawn, so a 7, 100% recommended

The apartment is super well equipped, with a full kitchen, a cute balcony, TV, washing machine... in short, everything we needed was available. The location is excellent and the host is super helpful and attentive. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone who travels to Santiago.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

By far the most complete Airbnb I've ever been to. It really is made from one woman to another, or at least the concern is very clear! Even makeup removers were at our disposal.

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We loved it from the autonomous entrance that the house has and the place is very nice as in the photos, we were able to share quietly, the owner was very kind at all times, we would return without hesitation in another opportunity. We thank don diego for his kindness

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all taps with hot water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Excellent place, clean, good location within walking distance of the Metro and food shops, very friendly concierges. Check-in and checkout without hassle. I recommend it at 100.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, an air-conditioned environment, and impeccable cleaning. Very helpful and solicitous host! The neighborhood is great and safe, and it's next to the subway station, which makes it easy to get around cheaply, in short, everything was wonderful!!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
