Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

Ajanedo is a small hamlet with many cows, sheep, goats, cats, dogs and about 30 majestic griffon vultures. It is located at an altitude of 400 m in the valley of Miera surrounded by mountains up to 2000 m high. In Líerganes, 13 km away, you can shop, stroll and eat. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, exploring caves, watching animals - all this can be done from the house without taking the car.

In this recently renovated stone house of almost 100m2 (1070 sq ft) you can enjoy the charms of Caranceja, a quiet town in Cantabria by the Saja River, and with the convenience of being just a few minutes from so many tourist attractions and things to do.
