Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Farmhouse with masonry mainly in stone. Internally, it is plastered and whitewashed. The kitchen, entrance and bedroom floors are in terrazzo tiles. All furnishings have been renovated. The kitchen is new with a dishwasher. There is a pellet stove and a TV with TivuSat. The washing machine is available in the bathroom. You can request the use of the dryer (not present in the apartment). The heating is self-contained. Utility consumption is included.
