Everything was excellent. I had a work inconvenience which required me to arrive at the place one night before my reservation and Dora was very kind, it helped me solve the problem and enter the residential. Very friendly Dora.

This is a great apartment with everything you need for a long stay. It's located on a hill and is a bit cooler than the inner city, normally with a nice breeze. It's very clean, well stocked with the essentials. It's quiet and the bed is very comfortable, easy to get a good night sleep. Mayte is very accommodating and kind, she made sure our dog Lupita felt right at home with a little bed, toys, and soap. The señoras did a great and quick job cleaning every week too. The internet is fast with a desk to work, the TV's work well, and the kitchen is equipped to cook most meals. I really enjoyed my stay here and will look for this place again when I return. I highly recommend.

I spent seven wonderful weeks in the apartment of Lucrecia and Armando, staying for the first time at El Boquerón. I only met Armando at the end of my stay. Both were very attentive and kind hosts, always available to help with any questions. The room is large and bright, with a dining and working table. There is also a built-in wardrobe with ample space to store things. The kitchen is well equipped, with a large refrigerator, an oven, and gas stoves. But the best part is the spacious balcony, with a fantastic view of San Salvador and Santa Tecla all the way to the sea. There are many restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area and Santa Tecla is only a 15 minute drive away. 10 minutes away there is an entrance to the Ecopark El Espino, which is one of the best places for walking and mountain biking.
