Nice house, very close to the central area. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful! Clean beds with enough towels and sheets. I don't cook in the house, but I think they have everything you need to do it. The only thing is the noise from the cars, but it's inevitable because it's very central. I would stay again! My 6-year-old daughter wanted to move there hahaha.

Awesome house. We really liked that every room had a bathroom. Pool was clean and good sized. Also great it had bathrooms and showers by the pool. About 10 minutes from IRTRA parks, it is also driving distance from Xela.

I was kind of skeptical at first since one of the other guests pointed me upstairs to my apartment (which was not upstairs and I carried 70lb of luggage up and down the stairs before finding the apartment). But, it was nice. I even extended my stay longer than originally planned because it was such good value. The encargada, Irma, is talented. Laundry (Q70 extra fee) is always done correctly and on time, the rooms are always clean and so on. There's a lovely park and other amenities near by (my favorite being the xelac cheese shop by the stadium), and it's within walking distance of la democracia market. It's a very safe area by Guatemalan standards, the people are friendly (unlike in Coban), and the local infrastructure is good. The front door is kind of hard to find at first since there is no sign and it's just an iron door, but not a problem once you know where it is. There's a nice atrium. It's always easy to contact someone. I enjoyed my stay.
