Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Small house in the heart of a typical Burgundian village north of Dijon. Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

You can come by car or simply by train: the TRAM from Dijon station to Quetigny takes you in 35 minutes and drops you off 200 m from the apartment.
