The house is located 700 meters from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a large balcony overlooking the valley in front and with a view of the sea. On the lower floor is the living room with 40 m2 with fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen. On the top floor is a suite bedroom with bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and another bed underneath the first. The last two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The garden is fenced in. The house has a shelter for a car and there are always free parking spots on the street. My place is good for families (with kids). We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

Surrounded by golf camps, you will be close to historic monuments and the beloved cities of Cascais and Lisbon. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
