Apartment was bigger than I expected, two beds as soon as you walk in and the kitchen + dining table are past the bathroom. The place is side by side to two other stays so the backyard is for all three places to use. Didn’t go in the jacuzzi but the backyard fence was a little bit more open than expected. This place is really close to everything I wanted to see, the drive to the ferry was about 20 minutes. There are two AC’s in this unit, one near the beds and another near the kitchen. Really nice place that has everything you will need.

This was a great place to stay, and Julia was such a great host! The space was clean and comfortable and in a great location that was central to lots of great attractions! Julia was super kind and helpful and really responsive. I loved seeing the personal touches that she put on the space, it was a very cute spot to stay for a week!

Julia is a very attentive and responsive host. Her place was spotless and very well organized. It's definitely a place, in the near future, I would stay again at, and that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Fajardo and/or the east side of Puerto Rico.

What a lovely stay, very nice bathroom, comfy bed and sheets, kitchen was stocked with necessities and some snacks in the fridge were so appreciated. We also had a little doggy visit us, he was so sweet and lovable! We would love to stay here again!

I will start with Location: Great, quiet location, peaceful, birds and frongs are singing. House: nice and clean, newly renovated I can tell, evening you need , house has it, a/c works perfect, nice and cool in the house. outside: very nice back yard and front porch with flowers and plants very mice decorated. also has free washer and dryer big plus. Host is great very responsive and helps you when you need it. neigohood is great! thank you. I recommend this place. 5 minuts driving from seven seas beach, beautiful, 20 minuts drive from luquillo beach and kiosks.

My stay was PERFECT! Carlos and Luz went above and beyond to make sure the place felt like a home away from home. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and had literally everything and more I needed. I felt very safe and it’s a quiet neighborhood I’ll definitely stay here again once I’m back adventuring the island ❤️ oh and A/C + Fan worked great!! 11/10 thank you

Excellent communication with Alfredo. Central location and close to the beaches. He leaves little touches for guests and is a very nice person.

Tania’s coral colored villa is simply stunning. I have rarely seen such a spectacular view from the two beautiful balconies. The rooms are spacious - one king bed downstairs, two queens upstairs. Super high ceilings. Well appointed. The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove top and airfryer. Washer/dryer combo also. A/C as well. Tania walked us through check in by text and FaceTime. She had even gotten us wine and a few beers in the fridge and let us use anything in the house. The access to the resort is wonderful if you just want to walk or get a bite to eat or use the pools. The Casitas Village has a gorgeous infinity pool which you walk down to right from Tania’s villa and overlook from the balcony. Breathtaking. Book this and you will not believe how lucky you were to find Tania’s place. Our family of four (two adults, two teens) loved it, the resort and Palomino island and excursions that she guided us to before our trip. Unbeatable.

Extremely beautiful place, organized, close to supermarkets, fast foods. Ivan, an IMPECCABLE job. I loved it, super central, I felt at home from day one.

Our host Omar was very sweet and responsive. The property was clean and beautiful. The pool is huge. Everyone on the property was nice too!

We had a wonderful stay at Las Casitas Village! The place was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the pictures. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed, including a handy espresso machine that was a nice surprise! The casita was in a great location, within walking distance to the pools and surrounded by breathtaking views. Having parking right next to the casita was a big plus. Ramon, the host, was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and are already looking forward to coming back!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The Airbnb was just as described, and the service was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable! ! ! We loved the kitchen; it was just spacious enough for us to cook and congregate. The Otium staff was VERY responsive, we had a couple of hiccups but they took care of them right away-so AMAZING service score. If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back!!

Amazing ocean views and close proximity to several marinas for boating adventures made this a perfect stay for our group.

Loved Laura's place. Very beautiful surroundings and amazing views. The apartment was clean and the host very responsive. Definitely recommend for a peaceful stay.

Veronica and Scott were so welcoming and kind! They warmly showed us around and got us oriented, and even had piña coladas ready for us upon our arrival. The rental space was nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a nice hot tub and patio area. The surrounding town is pretty sparse without many food options, and would be hard to get around without a car. Overall a nice stay and great hosts.

We loved the area, the community we stayed in was very kid and adult friendly with pool and sports area. The place was great and it felt comfortable for all of us. The host always replied if we needed questions answered. We highly would recommend and visit again.
