Super comfortable apartment. Wonderful shower. It has all the necessary items. We were greeted with great affection by Maurizio's parents. Location is excellent for going to Poetto Beach. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Simply perfect!

What a lovely space. Was surprised how big it was when we got in was not expecting that. Great location very easy to get around many things to do After being on the road for a couple of weeks, it’s nice to be able to do laundry and have a dry quickly. I know that’s dumb, but it’s very helpful. Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home

Excellent stay and we were very spoiled on arrival (aperitif and breakfast as well as two bottles of cold water). Michela and Riby are very attentive hosts and their accommodation matches the Airbnb description in every way. The apartment is located 1 km from the beach and there are buses right next to the residence. We rented a car and there is secure parking. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this listing.

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

The location is fantastic in front of the bus line 10 that leaves you in two stops at the points of interest, fifteen minutes walk from the train station. The only thing I missed was a microwave but it is not essential, much better than the photos and Francesco is very kind and gives you very good advice

We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hair dryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information to visit Cagliari. Highly recommended

Carlo's place is Super! Very convenient for those who arrive like me with public transport as it is really located a stone's throw from the train and maritime station of Cagliari and yet central to all the attractions. In fact, it is a very short distance from Via Mameli, Piazza Yenne, Via Roma, the Castle and the Marina district: in short, great for visiting the city's focal points but also the beaches, because the bus/tram station is close by. The room is equipped with everything you need, it is clean and the bathroom is nice. From the terrace, the flagship of the place, you can admire a beautiful sunset over Cagliari and the latter is also a unique location to relax in the open air, in the heart of downtown (very chic!). The kitchen available for guests, tidy and clean, completes a properly managed Airbnb! Carlo is also a friendly and helpful host. Would I go back? A thousand times!

The listing is exactly as described in the listing. Everything in perfect condition. The apartment is in a private and secure set with a pool. The hosts are very thoughtful, on our arrival there was at the center table a tray of Sardinian sweets, in the bathroom a kit of shower gel, shampoo and body cream, liquid soap in the sink. Communication was very easy and fast.

Unbelivible view on pool and sea, great nature and surroundings, table tennis for kids, close to some of the best sandy beaches and overall perfect stay!

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is excellent with its magnificent modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to evening. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, sweet savory, fruit, etc., I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we did not test. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because South Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)

We spent 2 absolutely perfect weeks at Monica and Claudio's villa. They are very welcoming, and very available hosts. The house with its pool was well located close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Their car was helpful for excursions to Cagliari, Pulla, Villasimus, the beaches of Chia, Oristabo and Barumini. It was perfect.
