We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. The accommodation is arranged on two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need and a sofa bed for 2 people and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. "La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. In September 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.
