Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Villa Monziani, an exclusive 17thC lakefront house, one of the oldest on the island in the middle of Lake Orta, recently completely modernised, offers a peaceful and romantic stay in beautiful and historic surroundings, with private boat (10HP - no license required) guarantees full flexibility & our mainland locked garage included. We have 2nd larger 40HP boat/8 seater and a 2nd covered space in same parking garage, both for an extra fee. If less days are required please ask, perhaps can help.

Housed in a historical building with original stone and wood features, La Torre Di Nonio offers garden views. It is in Nonio, 1.5 km from Lake Orta shores. Located on the ground en suite rooms features parquet floors and an outdoor seating area. The private bathrooms come with a shower. La Torre Di Nonio is 5 km from Omegna. Orta San Giulio is a 20 minute drive away. We speak your language!

The Breakfast Club

A 1960s grandma's apartment in a two storeys condo in a rural area. There's nature but also bees, bugs, cats, foxes, dust.. if you have grass pollen allergy or not used to the countryside I won't recommend staying here. The furniture is old but there's a tiny office with Wi-Fi, a massage table and a lot of privacy.
