We loved our stay at Chau’s place! She was extremely sweet and proactive, and her place was great. Location is as good as it gets. 100% recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here! Chung and An, our hosts, were so warm and friendly. They let us store our bags with them whilst we went to the Cham Islands for the night. We ended up having to stay on the island for a week because the weather turned bad and it wasn't safe to cross back to the mainland (which wasn't a problem for us as we loved it there!), and Chung was incredibly helpful about taking care of our bags until we returned. We loved the room and the view of the rice paddies out the back, and it was great to have an outdoor dining/working area in the garden. We used their free bikes and when we needed a scooter Chung organised a really good one for us, at a reasonable price. This Homestay is set back from quite a busy road, so if you can't cope with road noise it probably isn't for you. Other than that, we couldn't recommend it highly enough! It's very clean and incredibly good value with lovely hosts. We will definitely come back next time we're in Hoi An.

This place has been by far an outstanding place to stay super clean and stylish! Staff was nice although kind of slow in responses though but everything else was great. Cheap stay as well.

Quang place was wonderful. We had a beautiful visit to Hoi An, the accommodations being superb. We stayed at the center of old Hoi An, tucked away from the busy street. Lee had lots of recommendations for tours, etc. Very helpful and we were able to keep our bags with him for a few hours after check out.

Wij hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad! Als iemand aan mij zou vragen waar ze moeten verblijven in Da Nang, zou ik dit sterk aanraden! Alles was aanwezig en toen het regende kon ik lekker overdag een warm bad pakken. De host reageerde super snel! Alles wat je nodig hebt is, zelf een strijkplank en een EHBO setje. Al met al geven wij dit voorblijf en dikke, vette voldoende.

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt fast direkt am Meer und am Fluss. Man kann sich kostenlos Fahrräder leihen, mit denen man auch schnell in der ca. 5 km entfernten Innenstadt von Hoi An ist. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und haben immer wieder hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Jeden Tag haben wir kostenlos Wasser und Obst bekommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Nice Small Cozy Place .It's a 3 story cute Villa and located at just Old Town of Beautiful City of Hoi An . Since booking was made at last moment, still didn't find any difficulty to contact with Host. Highly Recommended and place vibes are so peaceful.

Nice and affordable place to stay in Hoi An. Walkable distance to town but far enough away that it is quiet at night. WIFI, air conditioning and hot water works well. The host accommodated my needs or any questions and was very responsive.

Le logement de Linh était au delà de nos attentes. La chambre est confortable, spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien. Les communs sont magnifiques, les équipements dans la cuisine sont nombreux. Et les matériaux sont de grande qualité. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Linh, son mari et leur fils pendant notre séjour, ce sont des gens particulièrement sympathiques. L’emplacement est idéal, dans une rue calme la nuit. Beaucoup de bons cafés et restaurants et commodités autour. Nous devions rester 10 jours, nous sommes restés 1 mois tellement nous étions bien, et nous reviendrons prochainement c’est certain. J’ai hâte !

Staying at Linh's house was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Her communication was excellent—always clear, prompt, and helpful, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive to our needs, checking in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out, though, was how Linh went above and beyond when we needed to extend our stay at the last minute due to an unexpected situation. Despite the short notice, she responded quickly and made accommodations to ensure we wouldn’t be left scrambling. Her kindness and flexibility meant the world to us during that stressful time. It’s rare to find a host who is not only professional but also genuinely caring. Linh's warm hospitality turned what could’ve been a chaotic moment into a seamless extension of our trip. Dai responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. The room was clean and the location was perfect, with the bikes, which were free making it very easy to access old town. It was comfortable and felt like home. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

걸어서 한시장부터 핑크성당 콩카페 등 주요 관광지 다 갈 수 있고 용다리랑 강가랑 가깝다보니 동네 산책만 나와도 맛집 카페 수두룩 해서 좋더라구요. 숙소 컨디션은 다낭에서 지내본 곳 중에 최고! 명시된 서비스 내역과 정확히 일치하고 룸컨디션 너무 좋아서 다음에 다낭오면 여기서 연박하려고요. 공용공간까지 완벽하게 준비되어 있어 더 편하게 지내다 갑니다~ 저희가 방문했을 땐 공사를 해서 낮에는 소음이 좀 있었는데, 저녁에는 아주 조용해서 푹자고 아늑하게 지내기도 좋았어요^^

This is a great find. The view from the balcony is lovely and the room itself is very comfortable. I worked remotely from the room looking over Hoi An old town for a few hours before heading out. The night market is 2min walk & the location for restaurants was perfect. The main strip of bars is close too, but far enough away that it’s peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house in Da Nang. The home is incredibly stylish, cozy, and immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and each room has all the essentials for a comfortable life. There are plenty of shared spaces too like a spacious kitchen, a charming little courtyard, and a lovely rooftop area is perfect for relaxing. Our host, Lynn, was warm, welcoming, and kind. Hien, who helps around the house, is an incredibly sweet and helpful woman - always ready to assist with anything we needed 🙏 We were so happy here that we decided to extend our stay. If we come back to Da Nang, we’ll definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-designed home base. 🪴🌿🏖️

Chambre très agréable, propre et calme, offrant de nombreuses commodités. L'espace est lumineux et décoré dans un style architectural français, ce qui crée une ambiance très confortable et apaisante. J'ai été vraiment impressionné par cette chambre et j'ai adoré y séjourner. Je reviendrai certainement pour un séjour long lors de ma prochaine visite à Da Nang.

Great value for money! Very nice apartment with lovely neighbours who live in the house. Nice views from the roof and enough space for all your luggage. Ann is a super friendly host and answers quickly.

Our time in Hoi An with Trung's homestay was great. It was close enough to the busy streets of Hoi An but just far enough away from the crazy of Old Town. Trung was helpful in so many ways, with information on where to go, suggestions for tours, help with laundry and also helping us book a private car/driver to our next location in Hue. We would definitely come here again.
