Holiday rentals with lake access in Quảng Nam

We had a wonderful time at Hieu's place. It's located a little bit further from the town centre, but we knew it, and it was one of the reasons we chose it. It's very peaceful here. The place is close to rice fields, with mostly residential buildings and few homestays around. You can spot grazing buffalos from the rooftop :) We rented a bike and were able to go anywhere easily – in Hoi An pretty much everything is within 10-15min drive. The apartment itself is very spacious and well-kept. We had everything we needed here, and the place was cleaned thoroughly every week. One of the highlights of this place is the huge rooftop! Hieu and Thuong were very friendly and helpful – from arranging the driver to pick us up from the train station in Da Nang, to local tailors recommendation :) We highly recommend this place. If we are ever back in Hoi An, we will surely try to stay here again! Thank you Hieu and Thuong!

What a gem! The house is huge and beautiful. It stays nice and cool on hot days and has everything you could possibly need! Quang is an amazing host. Kind and attentive. He greeted us with a welcome drink and organized bikes for us. He even found a little kid’s bike for our daughter. The location is perfect - it’s very quiet but the old town and many restaurants are in walking distance. You’ll be living in a typical Vietnamese neighborhood but it’s only a few steps to all the major tourist spots. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

너무 친절했던 호스트와 직원들 덕분에 행복한 여행을 즐길 수 있었어요 숙소는 사진보다 실물이 훨씬 멋졌습니다 깨끗하고 넓은 수영장은 사생활보호가 가능했고 단독으로 언제든 이용가능하여 아이들이 매우 좋아했습니다 넓은 방3개와 방마다 딸려있는 커다란 욕실 덕분에 쾌적한 생활이 가능했어요 호스트는 늘 빠르고 친절하게 대응해주었고 조식서비스는 너무나 훌륭했습니다 주변 식당이나 관광지를 추천받을 수 있었고 호스트를 통해 신청한 차량서비스는 일반적인 그랩보다 훨씬 훌륭했습니다! 호스트인 클로이는 우리를 아주 세심하게 신경써주었어요 우리는 또 이곳에 올 예정입니다 너무 만족스러운 여행이라 별을 20개 주고싶어요!!

We had an amazing stay at An Hai Villa and couldn't thank Amy and the team enough for such amazing and memorable stay. We were celebrating my mother's birthday and Amy went out of her way to make amazing arrangements and got us a lovely cake. The property is within short distance to Ancient Town and also within short reach to beaches. It came with lovely pool and the property that is spotless is cleaned every 2 days. The cleaner was so kind to bring over some fruits from her own garden. They always came with some wild flowers to decorate the home upon each clean and that really lighted up our stay and something we looked forward to. The home has so much history and for such a large property, you can't find any dirt nor dust which is amazing as it shows the detailed cleaning and care the home receives. Amy went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable, memorable and like every other review mentioned, nothing was too much for Amy to assist with and we are thankful.

Quynh"s villa is extreamly clean and beautiful , great host , we felt at home , communicated all the time to make sure we are happy here and helped us arrange everything we asked for , even tours to ba na hills and bamboo boat , This is the best villa i stayed since i started booking in 2 years . Thank you !

Huynh and his Mum are the perfect hosts. So kind and welcoming. The house is clean and perfectly located. 10 minute walk to the bustling town but quiet enough if you want to get away from it all. A 5 minute walk to Hoi A Memories. The welcome basket was so appreciated and the laundry service next door is ideal. Definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Da Nang, and I can't recommend it enough! The host, Khoa, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The room was spacious, immaculately maintained, and had all the amenities listed – everything was just as described. The view of the city was majestic from the patio. Every detail was carefully considered to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. If you're visiting Da Nang, this is absolutely the place to stay. Khoa's hospitality, combined with the excellent accommodation, made for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist gross, modern und sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist sehr schön und die Anlage gepflegt. Die Restaurants können wir ebenfalls empfehlen, wir haben immer sehr gut gegessen. Unsere Kinder hatten auch Freude am Spielzimmer. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten!

The best part of this apartment is Tàu, the manager. She is so kind and caring to make sure you feel welcome in her country. The apartment is exactly as shown. Everything is in good working order and if something goes wrong Tàu handles it immediately. The building maintenance is very efficient and the doormen are also kind and welcoming everytime you come home. This apartment has a clothes dryer. It was a huge advantage with the rainy season. Also there is a water filter system installed in the kitchen so we didn't have to buy bottled water. The lower level of the building has 3 markets, a coffee shop, the best Korean fried chicken restaurant and of course a couple of spas. The beach is just across the street or view it from the balcony. Everything you need easily walkable or grab cars and bikes are very inexpensive and usually waiting right outside. Internet/ Excellent Water pressure/Excellent Noise level/apartment living but never excessive. We stayed several months. ⭐️ x5

Gorgeous place to stay in if what you’re looking for is a resort. I actually miss booked (was supposed to book somewhere close to Da Nang city) so it is quite far (30min) and the drive will cost more since it’s far! But otherwise this place was so nice, I loved how it was super modern, you can go to the beach & pool. Plus, it’s pretty close to Hoi An!

We had a good stay. Our host was great and reachable. I would want to come back and stay here again. Only one thing is to know on how to efficiently check in, I think there was a slight confusion to that for us, but overall great experience and superhost!

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

Huy's apartment is a wonderful and great value place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful but still with easy access to Hoi An. The apartment was lovely with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and excellent WiFi making it very suitable for working online. There is a pool and great food on offer from the wonderful, caring couple who run the place and it feels very homely. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
