Explore kayaking, mountain biking & climbing, fishing, hiking, or wander beaches, visit breweries & browse artisan markets. Then return to wellness and calm: soak in the hot tub, book the sauna (extra), or gather at the beach fire pit. A tranquil retreat to recharge and reconnect.

Harbour House

Fun and funky artists cottage with oceanfront, and panoramic views of Ladysmith Harbour and Woodley Range Ecological Reserve. Watch otters, seals and blue Herons as you sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle board, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. We live here and our home is compliant with the laws and bylaws for our area. There is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas.

Big Beach Lodge - Ucluelet

Nestled into the ancient rain forests on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Ucluelet is an unforgettable retreat. Whether walking on the Pacific Rim Trail, (right outside the front door) or whale watching from the rear of home overlooking the ocean. In Bedroom 5 there is actually 6 single beds mainly for kids use, however large enough for adults. (negotiable, please discuss with owner) Accommodates more if approved by the Owner. (anything over that is negotiable for extra fees)

Oceanfront Home - 1bdr Suite is a separate space.

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Bench 170

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Madeira Park Beach House

Madeira Park Beach house is a seaside retreat with spectacular ocean views and sunsets from every room. This well laid out and spacious, South West facing waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, observe the wildlife including eagles, sea otters, herons and occasionally whales and dolphins!

Brand New Oceanfront Mountain View Studio

Step back in time with a stay at our newly renovated historic beachfront property on the Sunshine Coast. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.
