There are two covered decks with gorgeous views of the lagoon and a sheltered barbecue area. The house is on a double plot in a community of 9 timber homes and has a happy holiday feel. It is quiet and scenic without being isolated.

There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.
