Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Centrally located in Kokkari, a stone's throw from the cozy terraces, the beach and the picturesque harbor. It is a fully renovated traditional Greek cottage with an outdoor terrace at the front door in a cozy street. On the ground floor is the separate toilet room with washing machine, the bedroom and the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the lounge area with sofa bed and a roof terrace.

The newly build bungalow is located on top of the little hill Puntes and offers 180 degrees of oceanic view over the aegean sea, the turkish coast and the Boat Marina beneath. This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
