Beachfront holiday rental in Pyrgos Kallistis

Evangelos and Alexandros were amazing! Space and location were great and hospitality was 100/10, would definitely recommend. Homemade breakfast was amazing!

Villa Salanti is truly something special. First of all, the garden is absolutely gorgeous! We were there for 6 nights in early May and it was green and blossoming everywhere. It is just a joy to walk across the garden to the extremely beautiful private beach. The next highlight are the kayaks. It was incredible fun to explore the rugged coast with the two kayaks. They are easy to use and not slow at all. The place itself is quite remote with only a few neighbors. How private it is ultimately depends on the amount of other guests. There are 4 guest apartments on the property as well as one more house which I suppose belongs to the owner. The apartment itself is well-maintained and modern. Also, quite spacious with 2 floors and 2 terraces. The kitchen could use some more and new equipment (such as sharper knives and a second cutting board). Except for these nitpicks we had no complaints at all and cooking worked perfectly fine for us (2 persons). Overall, a fantastic stay!

I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs and this one was among the best, if not the best! Communication was great from the start and they also helped carry our bags up the stairs which was really nice! Words can’t express the amazing view from the balcony and Christoforos went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. There were snacks, water, and juice for us when we arrived and also daily room service. Truly outstanding!!! Thank you for everything and we hope to be back one day!

Wir wurden bereits am Flughafen herzlich begrüsst und zur Unterkunft begleitet. Es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein wahr gewordener Traum, besser lässt es sich nicht beschreiben! Kostas hat uns gleich alles gezeigt und war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar oder kam sogar persönlich kurz vorbei. Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön für diese erholsamen Tage und diese wahnsinnig schöne Unterkunft.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a week-long stay (or longer), and situated very close to shops in Lavrio for groceries. Waking up everyday to the beautiful sunrise over the sea with mountains in view was amazing. We were able to very comfortably fit our whole family here without any issues and there was still more space we could have used for additional people if needed. We definitely plan to come back here for more family vacations.

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Amazing place and amazing hosts. Perfect place if you’re wanting a quieter Santorini experience. It’s almost like having your own private beach. Mario was a brilliant host - he was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Couldn’t reccomend enough.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb, located right next to Ammoudi Bay. The views were absolutely spectacular, waking up to the sound of crashing waves and seeing fishing boats on the water was a highlight. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the location was perfect, with seafood restaurants nearby and Oia just a 10-minute climb away. Nicoletta and Christina were wonderful hosts, accommodating our early check-in, arranging transfers, and offering great advice. My wife and I truly loved our time here. Highly recommend!

Really nice stay, taxi service was very helpful and the villa views were beautiful. Only issue is there aren’t any enough sun beds for the number of guests if all the villas were full.

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

The place was beautiful and amazing and the view was gorgeous! The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and spacious. Marina and Maria were very responsive and helpful. It is a very peaceful place. It is up a very steep hill and you need to rent a car as it is not walking distance to anywhere but the beach. You could walk 2 miles on the beach to Plaka which had plenty of restaurants and beaches. Delivery takeout is a possibility from Wolt and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend a stay here for the amazing views and the amount of space.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

My boyfriend and I throughly enjoyed our stay at my blue cave home! The view and the beach access were amazing. The host Diego was very welcoming, kind and helpful any time we asked for anything. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This was an amazing stay at an amazing property. Not only was this property in a vibrant part of the city overlooking the harbour it was one of the best appointed properties I have stayed in. The host was brilliant with excellent communication and even serviced the apartment after only 2 days. She also left us wine and delicious local treats. We felt so spoilt - it was a highlight of our Greece trip. Well done!

I think Mary’s space is my favorite AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is a truly magical place. The island of Kea is peaceful and has its own special energy, to start. But Mary’s home is a whole world of its own. We were greeted by a friend of Mary’s upon arrival from the ferry. As soon as we got to the beautiful blue door and walked down the steps to the quiet house, we were in heaven. Every part of the space is curated with such love and care. It’s unique and beautiful but still feels homey. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking gorgeous meals to eat with stunning views of the sea. The bathtub and bedroom are incredibly romantic. The outdoor space, leading down to your own quiet beach, was perhaps the best part. Fresh thyme and rosemary line the pathway and we took many silent swims, relishing the perfect clear water we couldn’t believe we had all to ourselves. Mary and George provided so many recommendations and we loved getting to know them. We hope to return very soon!

Our stay here was awesome. This place is a secluded in a tiny fishing village away from any kind of foot or car traffic. Not really walking distance to anything but you need to rent a car to get to the property anyways so it was an issue. The cove this house is in is super peaceful and is a great place to take in the sunset. The day beds inside the house are perfect place to lounge with the doors open watching the ocean and feeling the breeze. The only issue we had here was our shower drain backing up. It flooded the bathroom and spilled out into the living room a bit. We cleaned up what we could and reached out to Maria. We had a sailboat cruise scheduled that morning so couldn’t stick around. Maria reached out to the home owner and when we returned from our cruise the drain was fixed and the house was cleaned with new towels delivered to us and our refrigerator was restocked.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful oasis, pictures nor words can explain the surreal nature of this place. You are literally on the beach, sunrises and sunsets will captivate you here. Please show love to the cat neighbors, especially the mixed color calico cat who can use some extra love, since she’s pregnant and very friendly and took our hearts. We did not want to leave, you will not regret your stay here. Marinos was an exceptional host, he arranged our quad and carried our luggage down to the beach. We definitely recommend renting a quad or car for going into the main town which is about a 10 minute drive. We are still dreaming about this place, a gem for sure in Milos that you won’t forget.

An amazing experience, a once-in-a-lifetime view, extremely kind, responsive, and generous hosts. This was one of the best booking experiences I have ever had. The balcony is literally in the center of the Hydra port, so you can watch the boats from bed, or enjoy having this private oasis just above all of the action. The bed was so comfortable, with great linens. The apartment was full of touches that made it even more comfortable : good bath products, beach towels, delicious snacks and breakfast foods. The hosts helped me with my luggage, informed me about a ferry strike that impacted my trip, and worked very hard to make my trip go perfectly. I cannot recommend enough.

This is one of the most unique Airbnb I have ever stayed in, and we loved it. The water literally laps the door (so remember to bring some water proof shoes). Sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset, was the most magical time of the day. Going to bed hearing the water, was the next best time of the day. Great location in the charming fishing village of Klima - good access to the wonders of Milos. We can highly recommend this wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiota's beautiful apartment. The apartment was very well appointed and furnished, spotlessly clean. The views were amazing! The location was excellent and close to the beach with some great tavernas within close walking distance. Communication with Panagiota was excellent and she left lots of goodies for our arrival including home made strawberry jam and freshly picked apricots. We were also provided with a home made chickpea dish which was delicious! We were sad to leave but hope to return one day!
