In the Heart of Thessaloniki's University Campus, right next to the city center, 450m away from metro station and the Kaftantzoglio Olympic stadium, you will find a fully renovated, equipped, 27sqm cosy, one space apartment which offers a relaxing and comfy accommodation. Ideal for guests who travel with car as there is direct access to freeway, free street parking which is usually available in a max. radious of 50m. Not highly recommended for beach or summer destinations but still a stop over.

Αυτός ο κομψός χώρος διαμονής είναι ιδανικός για ζευγάρια & οικογένειες μέχρι 6 άτομα. Βρίσκεται στην Άνω Τούμπα, πολύ κοντά στο Ναό της Αγίας Βαρβάρας και το γήπεδο της Τούμπας. Η παραλία(waterfront),το κέντρο της πόλης, όπως και τα μεγαλύτερα μουσεία/αξιοθέατα της(Λευκός Πύργος)είναι σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 30' με το λεωφορείο. Η στάση είναι σε λιγότερο από 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια. Τέλος, είναι πολύ κοντά σε σουπερμάρκετ και πλήθος καταστημάτων εστίασης της περιοχής.

The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It's on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (one double bed and 2 single beds). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up for anything you need.

Beautiful, elegant space with large windows, which makes it particularly bright. Open space with double bed, equipped kitchen with table and chairs. It has a large balcony to enjoy the coolness and the view of the city, especially during the summer months. The attic is located on the 6th and top floor of the building and is autonomous. It has air conditioning as well as autonomous gas heating.
