Our accommodation "Mummola" is the old main building of our farm, located in the farmyard in Mehtäkylä. Our accommodation has been renovated to be modern, while preserving the old-fashioned atmosphere of a grandmother's house. Our property is located in a quiet hamlet in Kalajoki, 17 km from Kalajoki town center and 25 km from Hiekkasärkät. We have rabbits, chickens, cats and a dog living on our property. Guests can also use the trampoline and the pedal car. There is a barbecue shelter with a gas grill in the yard. There is also a wood-fired backyard sauna available for use.

The cottage is in a great location by the sea. The yard is sheltered, and there is grass for yard games, for example. From the cottage you can go directly to the rocks to admire the sea and from the rocks you can swim in calm weather. There is also a small beach very close by, where even children can swim. In addition, about a kilometer away there is a large, long and beautiful sandy beach. In summer and autumn, you will find wonderful hiking trails, great berry forests and sea buckthorn bushes on the beach. In winter, Pyhäjoki and Kalajoki have great ski trails.
