Living room, kitchen-dining room and guest bathroom on the first floor. Bedroom with a double bed, a desk that faces the trees and inspires and concentrates, and a bathroom on the second floor. It has WiFi and a smart TV.

A 65 sq. meter house built and decorated with details that will make your stay a pleasure from the moment you enter the grounds. It is located on a plot with 2 houses and 2 friendly and quiet dogs. This special 65 sq. meter Puerto Varas house was designed with a large common space that integrates the kitchen, living room, and terrace designed especially to enjoy family gatherings and connect with the environment. Located 5-10 minutes by car from downtown Puerto Varas and the lake.

We have exclusive lofts with comfortable terraces. In the park, there are pergolas with hammocks where you can take in the scenery. Only one loft has a large hot tub. Check for availability, book 24 hours in advance, and pay an additional fee. A place to renew yourself!

The house is located on a paved road, very close to the Interlagos route, Lake Rupanco and various public access beaches. The view is spectacular, the silence and calm invite you to rest and relax in comfortable armchairs or in the Hot Tub (for a fee). It is an ideal place for hiking, reading, walks around the area or a good barbecue. The house is small but extremely cozy, warm and very well-equipped to accommodate a family of up to 4 people,
