The house is located on a paved road, very close to the Interlagos route, Lake Rupanco and various public access beaches. The view is spectacular, the silence and calm invite you to rest and relax in comfortable armchairs or in the Hot Tub (for a fee). It is an ideal place for hiking, reading, walks around the area or a good barbecue. The house is small but extremely cozy, warm and very well-equipped to accommodate a family of up to 4 people,

Heating is provided by electric heaters, gas, and kerosene. High-speed internet and Netflix are available. The house is located on Camino a Ensenada, just 7 km from Puerto Varas and 50 minutes from the Osorno Volcano Ski Center.
