The apartment has a south-facing exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Cité Vauban are within walking distance, just 300 m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The Serre Chevalier resort is accessible by car 1.5 km away and also by bus with the stop 200 m away.
