Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch, separater Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alles ist modern eingerichtet und daher nur an Personen zu vermieten, die sehr sorgsam mit den Sachen umgehen. Keine Partys, Junggesellenabschiede oder junge Gruppen.

Das neu renovierte Apartment unter dem Dach hat 65 qm und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Treppe ist relativ steil. Es ist vollständig und neu eingerichtet. Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

The apartment is located in the attic of our beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet and very good residential area surrounded by greenery. Free street parking is available in front of the house. I speak German, English, Italian and French. If I am not on site, I am easily reachable by cell phone! Restaurants, shopping center, supermarkets and drugstore are a 10-minute walk away. 6-minute walk to bus stop line 210 20-minute drive to downtown
