Bijna gelijkvloers twee kinderen, twee erboven en helemaal bovenaan de oudste. Naast de slaapkamer is de badkamer met douche, bad en wastafel. Op de gang is de wc. De grote woonkamer is gemeenschappelijk evenals de keuken.
