“Stunning property! Perfect aesthetic- pictures do not do justice to this breathtaking home. Karen was an exceptional host: very responsive, accommodating, and detail-oriented. The house was thoughtfully designed with lots of comfortable places to relax and share time with your family, including 2 fireplaces! The kitchen was well-stocked with new appliances; great for cooking big meals in. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious & clean. Excellent Wifi throughout. The property surrounding the house was incredible- two ponds attract plenty of wildlife and provided us a truly peaceful, quiet respite. You are in for a treat, this place is magical! We can’t wait to come back!”

“We had an amazing holiday weekend at Moto's place! The pictures in the listing don't even do this place justice. It is just packed with thoughtful touches, from soft fluffy towels to an extra comfy couch, even a charcoal grill and deck chairs for the back yard (Moto even left us a bag of apples to enjoy). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals — even a variety of condiments. What we loved best about it is that it really feels like a home. You can tell someone has put a lot of love into this place, and spends time there using it, which means it has the things that make a stay extra comfy. All three bedrooms are great (two have firm mattresses and one softer) and have comfy bedding. Our only complaint was that the bedrooms do get a bit hot at night, but we slept with the windows open which helped with airflow. We loved the fire pit and appreciated that Moto had everything there to help us enjoy the outdoor space. We would 100% come back again. Thank you so much Moto!”
Located on quiet, private 5.5 acre estate with swimmable lake, fantastic landscape. Complete privacy, like being in the Adirondacks, but just one hour from NYC. Cottage has high end appliances (Sub-Zero, Miele) with separate road and entrance. Perfect for a getaway from NYC and easily accessible by car or train (Stamford station). Can be combined with Adirondacks in Westchester 2 to provide an additional bedroom in a separate building to accommodate a total of four guests. Excellent wifi.

From driving up to the property in shock at the incredible surroundings, enjoying an afternoon by the lake and spending the evenings playing games on the porch, immersed in the natural beauty. The cottage was wonderful and had everything we needed. We hope to be back!”
