Holiday rentals with a patio in Putnam County

This is a very practical and comfortable apartment in a uniquely crafted location. Chris is an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay at this unique property. We utilized the garage for parking, also parked a car along the building, had no issues.

The place was easy to find with lots of parking for trailers and toys. It had easy access to the Ivy Branch trails and it's located about 30 minutes from the new Tornado trailhead. We had a great time staying there and would come back again.

Myrna was a pleasure to work with. The apartment was just as described and was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Great place! Great host! What more could you ask for?

Great accommodations and host! We have stayed with C.Anthony several times at his different homes and they are all very nice and have everything needed. C.Anthony always makes sure guests are well taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptionally, amazingly clean, very comfortable beds and bedding, and nicely decorated without clutter (hurrah!). We especially appreciated the new Kurig and having a dishwasher! Wes and Julie provided timely communication, and we appreciated the very detailed and easy-to-understand instructions on accessing the unit. If you love the West Virginia topography and culture as we do, the narrow drive will not be a surprise or worry at all! Plus, there is tons of room for parking and turning around and everyone is quite friendly so navigation was a breeze!

The house was immaculate and perfectly located for my daughter's soccer tournament at Shawnee. The house feels very historic and has a great front porch.

My wife and I moved to West Virginia to take care of an elderly family member and our home wasn’t done being built yet. We were Blessed to have found Audra’s home and we made it ours for the past three months. Moving is extremely stressful but having a cozy, comfortable and conveniently located place immediately made us feel at home. The communication was super with Audra, the home is accurately described and the fenced in yard was our dog’s favorite spot to hang out in. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable, and sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs became our nightly ritual. Thank you again Audra for making us feel like family!!

We truly enjoyed staying at this place. Very clean and organized. Had recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The owners were quick to respond and flexible with checkout time. We were in town for a soccer tournament and would stay here again in the future. One of the best air bnb experiences we’ve had.

Shayla went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful.!The home was exactly as listed, it was super clean and all the linens were clean and smelled good. She was super helpful with all directions and even had made the most fantastic cookies as a welcome gift... I absolutely recommend stauing there and plan to again with my family!

We had a wonderful stay with family for Easter weekend the house was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a big Easter dinner! We will be back!
