Three bedrooms over two floors, so everyone gets their own room, and a covered veranda above the water with a view to Lugano. The boat is yours all stay, to navigate along the shore to the villages nearby. A big fireplace in winter; the veranda and a garden of centuries-old plane trees in summer. La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in località Santa Maria , e' circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como, dal quale dista 15 minuti in auto.
