Holiday rentals with a patio in Puntas

My wife and I stayed at Arlene's place during spring break with our two kids, ages 6 and 9. It was the perfect location -- beaches in all directions with plenty of restaurants within close proximity. Not quite walking distance, so having a car is a must, but being up on the hill is great because of the coastal breezes. We have been to Rincon many times and this was one of our favorite places to stay! Having the private pool and outdoor kitchen was amazing -- if we weren't out sightseeing, surfing, or walking the beaches, that's where we were! And even though we stayed during the widespread power outages, it did not affect our trip due to the solar power. What a great feature! We will definitely save this place for future trips to Rincon!

Juliette was the perfect host, helping us get coffee filters and made sure everything was perfect, and had great suggestions. She even offered up her surfboard and surfboard rack to help out efforts. The space is amazing, overlooking the ocean and many many beautiful fruit trees. Perfect location to all of Rincon’s best spots while still being tucked away.

Beth was very helpful and accommodating during the check in process. The property and surroundings are gorgeous, with a pool perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. We particularly enjoyed the surf house style decor and comfortable bed rooms. We hope to come back again one day as it was an incredible vacation.

We’ve stayed here multiple times- it’s really become our home away from home. Everything Is always perfect, and if we ever need anything its taken care of right away.

5 Stars all the way! Hosts John and Bernice have gone above and beyond at making you feel right at home. Beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and supplied with everything you need. You'll fall in Love with the outdoor living spaces with their spectacular views both day and night. And there is a pool! The thing for me that has me booking an extended week is the peace and quiet and tranquility. When you do venture out everything you need for necessities or fun is close by. 100% recommended!

Extremely clean home and bedding. Modern kitchen with large fridge and gas stove. Outdoor barbecue and pool area was incredible, we barbecued several nights. Several questions we asked the host were answered promptly. Our vacation was SO much better because we had a comfortable, large home to relax in between adventures in. Walkable to Sandy Beach for the kids and surfing for my husband. Location overall great because you're close to Steps as well. I loved reading on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfect Rincon location! We loved staying here. Walk out the gate and have your toes on Sandy Beach in under a minute. The outside seating area was a great place to chill out in a hammock or sip some coffee. For a more desert island beach vibe walk a few minutes up the road to Pools beach and sit under a palm tree in solitude . 413 has whatever vibe you’re feeling that day. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed at the end of July. I found out this is yhe off season due to it being rainy. the rain never ruined my day and made for peaceful down time in the afternoon. I didn't do much except go to the beach and walk around. I went out to eat a few times. I felt safe in the area as a solo woman traveler. Alex was very close by and very helpful. I usually don't interact with hosts much besides letting them know I've arrived ok. Alex was super friendly and I felt like she treated me like my friends do. She gave me very helpful recommendations and was very kind. I cooked food on the stove to save money because I was there 11 days. There is no oven (but there's a toaster oven) or microwave, but the stove worked great! I do recommend bug spray for the beach and for walking outside. I brought some and they left me alone, but one day I left it at the house and they were all over me. This was the best trip I have ever taken, and I highly recommend Alex's home!

This beautiful house is located just outside of Rincon. It's 10 minute drive to everything. The house is situated such that in the morning birds are singing. The cool air is filled with flower scents. The pool is perfect to soaking after a hard day sitting on the beach. The bedrooms are excellent- each with a perfect bathroom. The supplied beach chairs and umbrellas were very usable. Made going to beach so much more fun. Close to the airbnb are several excellent restaurants- less than 1 mile. This made dining out relaxing- as who wants to drive and park after hours of sunning? Overall, a very good value in a lovely location.

Amazing location! Beds could be updated but we adjusted and had an amazing time! Carlos is fantastic and communication was excellent! Well stocked kitchen(pots pans, spices etc) bbq, and overall we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Carlos !

This place is incredible. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for peace and quiet. Honestly, this is probably the nicest place to stay in all of Rincon! Just amazing

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing vacation-then look no further than Ignari’s condo. We loved our stay here as it was very comfortable, easy to make ourselves at home and offered the best beach access and sunsets you could find. We rented a car, which is needed to go into the town for shopping, dining, groceries, and to explore the gorgeous island. When we return, we will definitely stay here again. Tip: eat at Cafe 413 - it was recommended to us by two people and it did not disappoint!

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

What an amazing sunset views and great recommendations of restaurants and things to do around Rincon by the host. Will definitely plan to come back here. The host was very accommodating for a late checkout when my wife was not feeling well.

Beautiful location! Easy access to Rincon and Aguadilla by car and nice little private beach one block away. Such a unique space. Host very responsive, helped us with a generator when the power was out. Definitely a gem!

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

It is a beautiful apartment, helpful instructions to find the place and get in, clean and right on the beach. It met all our criteria for our visit. The sound of the Ocean and the view from the living room were awesome. Had all the amenities one would need for a short stay. Cozy little place by the Ocean for a quick getaway !
