Holiday rentals with a pool in Puntas

Our family of 7 had a wonderful vacation. The beaches were close and we used the beach gear available, including one surf board, and we were able to rent additional ones at a local surf shop. I would recommend bringing hammocks for the beach and water shoes, as there can be urchins on the rocks. Overall our stay was great, and our host was very accommodating, and the beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

The house is exactly as advertised--clean, well appointed, with a great pool and even better view of the hills and ocean. Great place for a relaxing vacation, but still very close to town/restaurants/etc. The host is very proactive--provides clear instructions ahead of time and responded immediately with any questions (both before and during the stay). Great experience.

Great location with lush greenery and quiet area. Very nice home fit all 13 comfortably and was clean and well equipped. Lindsay is a great host and was quickly responsive when we reached out. We love her place and the area and hope to visit again soon.

This villa exceeded our expectations. The photos are lovely but it’s even better in person. The 180 degree water view is spectacular. The home is full of original artwork. The villa is in puntas which is my favorite neighborhood in Rincon. It’s close to great restaurants and beaches…literally a 3 minute drive. Some rentals have “splash pools” which just don’t work for us. This villa has a lovely pool that is big enough to float and play in. Big plus for us. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the host and owner. They are such genuine, kind people. They were very responsive with our requests/questions/recomendations. Upon arrival, the kitchen was stocked with water, wine, a huge fruit basket and beautiful exotic flowers. Don’t hesitate to rent this villa. I look forward to returning with my family.

This is the perfect Airbnb for a family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The property is beautiful, well taken care of and very clean. Laura was a wonderful host, very kind and responsive. We were happy to support a local owned Airbnb, you can tell she cares about the island, town and neighbors. We had a wonderful time

The views are amazing from the balcony, so close to the ocean ! We felt comfortable and safe. All kitchen supplies available, bed comfortable, living area has nice couches and a big table. Also washer and dryer ! They provided beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. Walkable to restaurants, Tamboo and Jake’s shack were our favorites.

We had a wonderful stay at VillaNicky! Everything was perfect from the house, to the location, to the amenities. Marco has everything you’ll need for your vacation and is extremely helpful with local recommendations. The location of VillaNicky is wonderful - a 10 min walk to our favourite restaurant, Casa Islena (our kids could swim while we enjoyed breakfast) and Sandy Beach for boogie boarding. We loved everything about Rincón and VillaNicky. We’ll be back for sure!

This was my second time renting from Adam but in a different unit. The location is perfect - close to the beach, several places to eat, and a couple of markets for necessities and souvenirs. The atmosphere is relaxed at Sandy Beach, with the evenings full of live music from Big Kahuna bar down the street. This condo has great views of the water and the general neighborhood from both the front balcony and the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of both bath and beach towels. The kitchen had most things we needed to prepare meals ourselves. There were a few extra amenities left behind by others (i.e. seasonings, salad dressings, shampoo). Ines is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns, which is appreciated. There are usually a few friendly stray cats around, as is common around Rincon.

This place was great and just as described. The closet full of surf boards and beach gear was a nice surprise. We walked to several restaurants all within a half a mile away. It was not busy at all and we had the beach to ourselves for half of our stay.

Suleym was an excellent host and we had a wonderful stay at her place! The location was great for our needs and she happily provided us recommendations for local spots. When I got home, I realized I had left my sweatshirt in the bedroom and Suleym offered to mail it back to me. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay here in Rincon! The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing. We really enjoyed that the owners included plenty of beach chairs, towels, coolers, and toys. We would definitely stay here again!

My partner and I had the best stay at Bobby's place!! The view from both decks was incredible and it was so nice to sit out there at the end of the day and watch the waves roll in. The condo was easy to find, clean and comfortable, and we didn't ever get up as early as we hoped because the bed was too comfortable!! Walking distance from the beach was great too! We left rested and with some great memories. Aside from that, Bobby is an awesome human and was more than accommodating when we asked to arrive 2 days prior to what we originally had planned!! We'd definitely stay again!
