Located in the city center, near the old market and in front of the River Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has been recently requalified that allows good walks along the river. Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Tavira Island) whose embarkation pier is just a few meters away.

The apartments are on the beachfront. At the apartment's exit, there is a porch with tables and chairs. Then you have the garden with a door that leads directly to the promenade. You don't need a vehicle to enjoy the beach. It's a very quiet, family-friendly area to enjoy and relax. We do not allow any type of party in the apartments as the garden area is shared with other families. Fully equipped except sheets and towels. We do not accept pets

The surroundings are full of nature, animals and plants, a big stream ends on the property. We prefer check in on saturdays (high season). Eventually we can ajust but need previous ok from us.

Apartment with excellent location on the avenue of Andalusia in front of the estuary and 10 minutes walking to the beach with easy access. There are three bedrooms (2 double bed and 1 single bed) all with views to the estuary, kitchen, a main living room and a bathroom (with bathtub). It has two balconies that surround the rooms.
