Beachfront holiday rental in Punta Umbría

The stay over the weekend was very complete, we went with my elderly parents and we were very comfortable, the house has everything, not to mention the views and the good location. The host is very kind, she gave us useful information and was attentive to our well-being. We would definitely repeat!

We have had a wonderful week 2 families together, we so much enjoyed the property and our time for rest & relaxation. Amazing experience in this villa. The Host was exceptional always there to respond and take care of things and it shows that he cares about the place. I would recommend this to anyone. Place was clean and cozy. In a very private development. If I ever get a chance will book it again. I already forwarded to few friends in London to have that experience. Thanks Mr Helder. We spent a few great days at the place, beds were good, kitchen fully equipped, the pool very clean.

The best location. A stone's throw away from the beach and the promenade. Shopping area a 5-minute walk away. Rocio is attentive at all times and super quick to answer. All facilities. We have traveled a marriage with a girl and two dogs and no problem. Cozy house with all the necessary utensils. Thank you Rocío for staying at your home. See you next time

A beautiful, spacious, and very bright house. It's even prettier than the pictures! It has everything you need and more to spend a few super pleasant weeks. The garden and bbq are unbeatable. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Loft. It really felt like a little piece of paradise! We loved how immersed in nature it felt & particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, being able to watch the sunset every night from the terrace & being able to make our own freshly squeezed orange juice from the plentiful oranges. The daily visits from the dogs was also a joy. Jurgen & his parents were lovely hosts. Lots of places to visit nearby & great eating recommendations too. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was the incredible view of the Ria Formosa—absolutely breathtaking. The secure underground parking was a great convenience, and the location couldn’t be better, with fantastic seafood restaurants just a five-minute walk away. A perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

A beautiful villa with a huge pool surrounded by beautiful countryside. The kids loved exploring & the hosts were very responsive with a few issues which arose. We would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, Rosa was very accommodating and friendly, when we arrived she gave us a full tour. The accommodation and surrounding land is stunning, such beautiful views from our villa. The pool was such a nice addition. Plenty of seating around the pool. The local village Tavira is a lovely place to visit, and only 10 mins by car. The villa is very private and remote. And the river/lagoon is a short walk to enjoy - there are many crabs to watch too! We found our time here very peaceful and enjoyable. We barely encountered other guests, it was so quiet. Our coffee machine stopped working during the time, and Rosa came straight round with a replacement. She is a credit to the accommodation!

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

Very nice, spacious and authentic accommodation with two cozy terraces and barbecue. The pool was great for the kids. The house is very quiet in the middle of orange plantations, so a rental car is necessary. We would highly recommend the house and would also like to come back.

The accommodation is excellent and the communication with the host is also excellent. They were very kind to wait for us to arrive as we were a little late. It's very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and close to the beach. We'll definitely be back!!!

An unbeatable stay. Manolo and Carmen are a couple who have taken great care of us, we felt at home. In addition to their proximity, they were always available for what we needed. And the location, the price, the place... it's a bargain

The location is just perfect for those who prefer spending time actively. The beach is just 1 minute away from the house, and the nearest supermarkets are 10-15 mins by walk. If you have a bike, don’t miss an opportunity and have a ride to the natural park Doñana which is only 15 mins away by bike. At Alberto’s place you can find almost anything you need to spend your time and enjoy the vacations.

The apartment is quiet and well equipped with everything you need for a short or little longer visit. I really enjoyed the time and Ana is an amazing host. Thanks and hope to see you again.

spacious apartment right next to the beach 1 min walk literally. everything is very clean and with a very nice patio. clear communication Very quiet area even though there are beach bars nearby. Good area for parking. the apartment is practically entirely renovated. The only downside, and to mention one, is that there are no mosquito nets in the rooms and the mosquitoes had a feast, but it is understandable as it is summer. I would definitely repeat.

Highly recommended in all aspects: the house, the location of the house, the attention of Jesus Maria and his speed. We're thinking about going back.

Really lovely home in a perfect location within Santa Luzia, while being close to Tavira and local beaches.

The apartment is much better than what it describes, it is super close to the beach, it is very spacious, very comfortable beds, it has everything you need to feel at home with all the amenities. We travelled with 3 friends and our little ones, 4 and 5 years old, and I can say that it is ideal for the little ones, super safe, comfortable, because it has an outdoor space to play inside the house. The parking inside the residential area at the foot of the apartment has made it a matter of honor, with small children, all the facilities are appreciated. The host left us a wonderful welcome basket designed for the type of travelers we were and the children were delighted. In addition, it has been super flexible in the departure, so I have been able to enjoy the day of departure on the beach until late that we left. No doubt next year we will repeat our mothers' getaway and I will also come with my husband, because I am in love with the apartment and the kindness of the hostess.
