The Zen Den

The Zen Den is a new, boutique 1 bedroom walk-up apartment that has been intentionally designed to ensure all your creature comforts are met. Enjoy the rooftop deck amenities: workout, lounge/sun bathing, and BBQ / dining areas. Also enjoy 24-hr access to the backyard pool, onsite potable water, Starlink throughout the property, and being at the centre of it all - just a couple minute walk to dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, as well as 5 min walk to the pristine 2-mile beach!

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Pescador is on the shore of the main beach of Sayulita with panoramic views of the beach from the bed and the terrace with a private Jacuzzi in the best location in Sayulita! Stay 5 minutes walking from the center of Sayulita. Swim on the beach in front of the property and in the shared pool The studio bungalow with 2 terraces and a bathroom has Wifi, kitchen, parking and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday) All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied

Casa Arena is one of the bungalows on La Casa de la Estrella. It has one room, with one king size bed and a single sofa-bed. It also has its own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and dining area are located on a terrace and its equipped with all basics. We don´t have A/C however, there is a ceiling fan and a standing fan. You also have access to the common areas like the hamacas and livings on the main palapa terrace with views of the ocean and access to the beach.

Enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of San Pancho from this private, fully-detached two-level casita located at the top of Costa Azul hill. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and awake to an expansive garden, with partial ocean view, from the palapa-roofed upper-level. The beach is a 2-minute walk down the hill. A 15-minute beach walk takes you to the pueblo, which offers international cuisine, laid-back vibe, and a variety of entertainment.

Apartment for up to 4 people including minors, has a living room, 43"SmarTV, dining room, kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, bedroom with 2 double beds and air conditioning, safe, bathroom and WiFi. They are 3 independent apartments in this place, the pool is shared. We do not have parking inside the property but they can be parked outside. We are close to the sea! Tiny Home -Nido- San Pancho

This beautiful designer tiny home sits in a quiet area behind the former golf course/horse field. Our casita comes with the basic necessities for you to spend a beautiful relaxing couple of days in the jungle, enjoying the benefits of indoor-outdoor living. Although it isn't too far from the main area of town having a car to get here is recommended. This casita sits in the same property as our main home, but it’s completely independent.
