Our quaint Mexican Village. 490 sq feet of living area, with ocean and jungle views. Our beach is located on the quiet end of Los Ayala. This beautiful beach is one of the best that the Mexican Pacific has to offer. Gentle ocean waves for pleasureful swimming, warm breezes, and clean Pacific waters.The Casita is newly built for your enjoyment.

Departamento para máximo 4 personas incluyendo menores, cuenta con sala, SmarTV de 43”, comedor, cocina, cafetera, tostador, recamara con 2 camas matrimoniales y aire acondicionado, caja de seguridad, baño completo y WiFi. Son 3 departamentos independientes en este lugar, se comparte la alberca. No contamos con estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad pero pueden estacionarse afuera. Estamos cercas del mar! The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.
