Villa holiday rentals in Punta Prima

A very nice house in perfect location. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Clean, cosy, nothing to complain. We’ll definitely come back again.

We stayed for two weeks in June 2024. During this time we felt very comfortable in the house. Questions or concerns were answered and resolved promptly, kindly and reliably by the responsible administration. The house is well equipped and was handed over to us in a clean condition. The pool was cleaned once a week. We would definitely have another vacation in this beautiful and spacious house.

A great place to stretch out and relax! Jemima was very responsive through the whole process! We really enjoyed the endless amenities within the property and the ability to feel at home. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to shops and restaurants. Thank you for welcoming us to your property !

A great villa in a quiet, peaceful location. Juan is a wonderful host - he met us as we arrived and was there to answer all our questions promptly. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

What a wonderful villa, just minutes from the beach. The villa had everything you could need and really lovely communal spaces. The balcony on the first floor was our favourite! Alex was always quick to respond and really helped us with our arrival - from transfer referrals to being on hand to help receive - and unpack - our online grocery order! We really appreciated the flexibility on our arrival and departure time too. Thanks again Alex - we had a fabulous time in your wonderful villa!

This villa is BEAUTIFUL, the photos look lovely but still get the wow factor when you arrive as it’s even better in person.The views from the villa are just perfect and the villa itself had everything you needed. All of the villa is on one floor so perfect for our group and my little one. The villa has everything you need and they even provided travel cot and got little one a high chair without even asking! The villa was modern and stylish throughout and very clean! The garden area of this villa is the selling point, the views of the course were beautiful and although it is right next to the course it’s so private and relaxed. There is everything you would want in the garden going from from the pool, the BBQ area to a tub with play bits and table tennis table and a putting green. It has multiple sitting areas for the whole group to relax and gives everyone their own space if required but also space in each area for the whole group. Very nice neat house, everything present, host responded within half an hour, downside was that the house was shared in 2 parts. one upstairs and one downstairs, you had to go down outside, we were with a family of 11 people,

Stian is a great host, always attentive to our questions, resolving them superfast. Everything was perfect, the house was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Cabo Roig beach, La Zenia beach and shopping centers. Thank you very much! 🙏

This was the perfect set up for us. 3 bedrooms, and the perfect size swimming pool, very clean and modern,it had everything we needed. The best part was the host. He was amazing. Suggested different places to eat and visit. Never missed a beat. Our kids loved him. Extremely nice, good hearted person. I can't wait to go back. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

Fabulous home and guess made feel at home from the moment we arrived. We are a family of seven and loved this home which was very comfortable. When we arrived there was fresh bread and beers in the fridge along with some wine. When we left we also left some bits for the next guess as there’s nothing like a cold drink when you arrive after a flight. Great location nearby for snorkelling and local beaches. Excellent pool ideal for your family and very safe. The strip is only 20mins walk away and very busy in the season. Taxis can be hard to come by in the season so prepare to walk. We would recommend a 5min walk to the local small bar and cafe Pampa. Very friendly staff nice cold drinks and snack food any time of the day. This is the perfect location for a family holiday a chance to spend some quality time together there are plenty of towels for the beach. The hosts are very friendly which you would expect for Irish people. Their pool guy is also very helpful with local advice and a chat

Very nice and functional villa, large private pool with several relaxation areas and meals, nice garden in a quiet area close to golf. Well air-conditioned villa appreciated especially in these high temperatures. Very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We found this a very good place to stay. The apartment was very well equipped and very peaceful. Ludovic was a very good host. We would happily go again, if in the area.

Beautiful house. Very close to super markets for home cooking in a lovely kitchen or easily walkable into the centre of San Javier or down to the beach in Santiago de la Ribera.

Nice place plenty of room and really clean

The house is in a great location, quiet yet not isolated, easy to walk in to the local town. It is very well equipped with lots of nice touches and details. the outside areas are very well laid out and furnished for sunbathing and dining outside. cleaning was spotless throughout, would thoroughly recommend.

From our initial booking to the time we were at the property, Pascal was quick to respond and very helpful. Also the local concierge sorted a few initial issues promptly. Great location for local amenities and a 15 minute drive to the local beach. Highly recommended and we are very likely to return next year!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!
