Monthly Rentals in Punta Piedrita

Staying here was a dream! A great little pool and beach access right out the door - what else could you ask for! The apartment was equipped with all you need for your beach hang stay. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. Short Ubers around San Juan. Super responsive host before and during stay. Will caution that there was some form of construction every week day during my stay - but I don’t blame the host in that; it’s just communal living. But will forward the caution that if you want to sleep past 8 during the week and it will ACTUALLY bother you - this might not be the place for you until that completes (personally, I just went and napped at the pool lol!)

For our first time visiting Puerto Rico it was the perfect combination of a comfortable stay and walkable sights. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the apartment was a wonderfully charming getaway.

Elsa's place in Santurce was awesome! We arrived during an island-wide power outage and Elsa made sure we were okay. Even though the power didn't come on until the next afternoon, we were able to walk to a nearby Starbucks in the morning for breakfast and Super Max for groceries. And sitting outside by the pool - we didn't need power! The apartment itself was exactly as described and very convenient to a grocery store and the nightlife of Santurce. It is a huge pro to have a pool, and a pool with private beach access! We didn't use any of them, but the amenities in the building, like the gym and laundry, were nice to have accessible if needed. Thank you Elsa so much for your hospitality! We had a great time.

Fantastic location with beach access and restaurants nearby. Yvette was a great host, always checking on us to see anything we need. The place has beach towels, chairs and cooler for your use. Highly recommended and perfect for 2 people. We will definitely come back again!
